Dear Competitors and Spectators,
Welcome to the 11th Anniversary of ICON Dancesport! We are excited to have you join us and hope you enjoy a wonderful weekend of dancing.

To help you get settled upon arrival at the hotel, please review the following event information.

 

📍 Event Locations

• Registration Desk: Foyer near the entrance to the Admira Ballroom

• Hair & Makeup: Foyer near the Admira Ballroom — provided by Envy

• Men’s Changing Room: Starboard

• Women’s Changing Room: Compass

• Meals, Dress Vendors & Photography Vendors: Admira Ballroom

🎟️ Registration & Admission
Upon arriving at the hotel, please proceed to the Admira Ballroom foyer, where you can:

• Pick up your registration packet.

• Purchase admission tickets.

• Update or complete your event registration.

​

If you have purchased an all-day admission ticket, please present it to our door personnel to receive your all-day admission wristband.

​

Please wear your wristband throughout the event. It serves as your admission pass, and you may be asked to show it when entering the event area.

🍽️ Meals & Vendors
Meals will be served throughout the day in the Admira Ballroom.

• 8:00 AM — Welcome Breakfast

• 1:00 PM — Lunch

    •   7:00 PM — Dinner

You will also find our dress vendors and photography vendors inside the ballroom.
Please take some time to visit our vendors and enjoy the services and shopping opportunities available during the competition.
